How to Add a Client
Step 1: Click on Clients in Menu
Step 2: Click on green + button
Step 3: Enter required details on Add Client screen. Bold labels are mandatory fields. Click Save to save the client and click on Save & Add Client to save this client and add the new one
Notes:
- Setup the Time Zone according to the client’s time zone
- If Active? Is checked then the client will able to login to the service desk and get access. If Active? Is unchecked then the information of client will still be in service desk, however the client will not be able to login and access service desk information.
- Click Save & Add Contact to add client’s contact information in more detailed. Please refer How to add Client Contact for more information.
