How to Assign a Staff to a Project
Step 1: Click on “Projects” tab on the top menu:
Step 2: “Manage Projects” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the project that need to be edited.
To search for a project please refer to How to Search a Project
Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the project needs to be updated, and click on “Edit” icon
Step 4: On “Edit Project” screen, click mouse on “Staff” textbox to display the list of staffs, and then select the staff name from the dropdown list to add staff to the project
Notes:
- Only Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager can assign staff to a project to the Link-OM - Task Management Software.
