How to Check Emails Received and Generate Ticket for the Email
Step 1: Click on Email Queue link present at the bottom of every screen
Step 2: On the Manage Email Queue screen, the list of all the emails received till now will be displayed. Click the Email you want to check/view or click on the gear icon present at the right of the email.
Step 3: View Mail window will pop up where email content can be seen
- Click on Generate Ticket button if you need to raise a ticket related to the email. A new Generate ticket window will be open up. Fill all the required details and click save button, the ticket will be generated in the system.
- Click on Cancel button to go back to the previous screen
- Click on Discard button to delete the email.
- Click on Discard with Reply if you want to reply the email. The reply will be sent and then email will be deleted.
- Only Admin, Project Manager and Delivery Manager will be able to see Email Queue option to the Link-OM - Task Management Software.
