How to Create Staff Activity Report

Step 1: Click on Reports in Menu

Step 2: Click on Staff Activity Report under Reports

Step 3: Fill the details for which the report needs to be printed. Section in Bold are mandatory. Click on Create PDF to create PDF or click on Create Excel to create Excel sheet format of report

Step 4: The report will be downloaded in the Download folder

Notes:

• If Include Ticket is checked, it will add related tickets in the report. If Include Ticket is unchecked, it will not add tickets in the report.
• If Include Tasks is checked, it will add related tasks in the report. If Include Tasks is unchecked, it will not add tasks in the report.
• If Include Issue is checked, it will add related issues in the report. If Include Issues is unchecked, it will not add issues in the report.
