How to Delete a Department
Prerequisites:
If the department is associated to a staff, project or any other activity, then that department cannot be deleted. Therefore, prior deleting the department, please remove all the reference records of that department including staff, project and all other activities.
Step 1: Hover the mouse over the “Admin” tab on the top menu, and select “Department”
Step 2: “Manage Departments” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the department that need to be deleted.

Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the department needs to be deleted, and click on “Delete” icon
Step 4: A popup window will be displayed to confirm if you want to delete the record. Click on “OK” button to confirm and delete the department or click “Cancel” button to keep the department
