How to Delete a Knowledgebase

Step 1: Click on “Knowledgebase” tab on the top menu:

Step 2: “Manage Knowledgebase” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the knowledgebase that need to be edited.

Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the knowledgebase needs to be deleted, and click on “Delete” icon

Step 4: A popup window will be displayed to confirm if you want to delete the record. Click on “OK” button to confirm and delete the knowledgebase or click “Cancel” button to keep the knowledgebase
