How to Delete a Project
Prerequisites:
If the project is associated to a staff, task, ticket, client or any other activity, then that project cannot be deleted. Therefore, prior deleting the project, please remove all the reference records of that project including staff, tasks, ticket, client and all other activities.
Step 1: Click on “Projects” tab on the top menu:
Step 2: “Manage Projects” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the project that need to be deleted.
To search for a project please refer to How to Search a Project
Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the project needs to be deleted, and click on “Delete” icon
Step 4: A popup window will be displayed to confirm if you want to delete the record. Click on “OK” button to confirm and delete the project or click “Cancel” button to keep the project
Note:
- Only Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager can add edit a project to the Link-OM - Task Management Software.
