How to Edit a Project
Step 1: Click on “Projects” tab on the top menu:
Step 2: “Manage Projects” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the project that need to be edited.
To search for a project please refer to How to Search a Project
Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the project needs to be updated, and click on “Edit” icon
Step 4: Enter new details on “Edit Project” screen. Bold labels are mandatory fields. After finish editing, click on “Save” button to update new details for the project and go back to “Manage Projects” screen
- Only Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager can add edit a project.
- If Active checkbox is unselected, the project will not be displayed in the project list when adding new tasks and tickets
- Click mouse on “Client Contact” textbox to display the list of clients, and then select the client name to add the client to the project, or click on “red cross” icon to remove the client contact from this project.
- Click mouse on “Staff” textbox to display the list of staffs, and then select the staff name from the dropdown list to add staff to the project, or click on “red cross” icon to remove the staff from this project.
