How to Make a Project Inactive
Step 1: Click on “Projects” tab on the top menu:
Step 2: “Manage Projects” screen will be displayed as below, then search for the project that need to be deactivated.
To search for a project please refer to How to Search a Project
Step 3: Hover mouse over the gear icon of the project needs to be deactivate, and click on “Edit” icon
Step 4: On “Edit Projects” screen, unselect the “Active” checkbox. Then click on “Save” button to update the project and go back to “Manage Projects” screen, or click on “Save & Add Task” button to update the project and add another project
- Only Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager can add edit a project.
- If the project is inactive, it will not be displayed in the project list when adding new tasks and tickets
