How to Search an Email Template

Step 1: Click on Admin tab on the top menu -> under admin, click on Email template

Step 2: Click on the blue coloured search button on Manage Email Templates screen

Step 3: On Manage Email Templates screen itself, the search criteria options will be displayed. Search by filling all the details of the Email template. Fill the details and click on Search button. The searched Email template will be displayed on the screen.

• Email templates can be searched on the basis of category they are assigned by selecting the category from the dropdown
