How to Search a Knowledgebase

Step 1: Click on “Knowledgebase” tab on the top menu:

Step 2: Last 7 Days knowledgebase will be displayed by default. Click “All” option to display all available knowledgebase

Step 3: Click on the blue magnify glass icon to display the search area. Then enter the details of the knowledgebase you want to edit and click “Search” button to search for that knowledgebase
