How to Search a Ticket
Step 1: Click on Tickets tab on the top menu
Step 2: Click on the blue coloured search button on Manage Ticket screen
Step 3: On Manage Ticket screen itself, the search criteria options will be displayed. Search by filling all the details of the Ticket. Fill the details and click on Search button. The searched ticket will be displayed on the screen.
Notes:
- Project can be chosen from the existing projects
- Tickets can be searched as open close and other status by choosing the status from the status dropdown
- Tickets can be searched on the basis of department by choosing the department of the ticket from the dropdown
- The search can also be save by clicking on the search plus icon present next to the search button.
