How to View Calendars
Step 1: To view your calendar, hover the mouse over the “Calendars” tab on the top menu, and select “My Calendar” option to view your calendar
Step 2: “My Calendar” screen will be displayed as below:
Step 3: To view your project calendar, hover the mouse over the “Calendars” tab on the top menu, and select “My Project(s) Calendar” option to view your calendar
Step 4: “Project(s) Calendar” screen will be displayed as below. Select project name from the dropdown box to display the calendar for different projects
Step 5: To view staff calendar, hover the mouse over the “Calendars” tab on the top menu, and select “My Staff Calendar” option to view calendar of your staff. This functionality only available for Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
Step 6: “My Staff Calendar” screen will be displayed as below. Select staff name from the dropdown box to display the calendar for different staff
Step 7: To view department calendar, hover the mouse over the “Calendars” tab on the top menu, and select “My Department Calendar” option to view calendar of the department. This functionality only available for Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
Step 8: “My Department Calendar” screen will be displayed as below. Select department name from the dropdown box to display the calendar for different departments
Notes:
- Only Administrator, Project Manager and Delivery Manager can view “My Staff Calendar” and “My Department Calendar” to the Link-OM - Task Management Software.
